This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5771 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4700 of 2023 on 18.05.2023 to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
