Respondents PRAYER:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in Pa.Mu.No.48352/P1/2004 dated 08.03.2006 and quash the same as illegal arbitrary and unenforceable consequentially direct the 3rd Respondent to refund the excess stamp duty collected from the petitioner herein by the 1st respondent after adjusting the stamp duty lawfully due under Article 25(a)(vii) of the Stamp Act to the lease deed dated 24.05.2004 (Document No.P.145 of 2004 on the file of the 1st respondent).
