This petition is filed to order for payment out of the sum of Rs.50,000/- lying to the credit of the C.R.P.No.1229 of 2022 in favour of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of admission of the above C.R.P this Court has orally directed the respondent herein to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- on or before 31.05.2022 to show his bonafide. Thereafter, the C.R.P.No.1229 of 2022 filed by the respondent herein was dismissed on merits 17.06.2022, as a result of which the petitioner is entitled to withdraw the deposited amount. Hence she has filed the present petition.

Recording the submissions made by the petitioner and also taking note of the dismissal order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.1229 of 2022 on 17.06.2022, the petitioner is directed to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- lying in the credit of C.R.P.No.1229 of 2022. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
