Though notice was served and their names are printed in the cause list, respondents have not chosen to appear.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 241 days in filing the above appeal, is condoned. It is made clear that petitioners/appellants are not entitiled for interest for the delay period of 241 days in the event of enhancement of award amount.

Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post 'for admission' in due course.
