Verification of the case files reveals that even the batta has not been filed by the petitioner for the past about 6 months.

2. This apart, when the matter was listed for hearing on 04.01.2021, none appeared for the petitioner. Again this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 06.01.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 06.01.2021, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, the Tr.CMP petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
