(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 200 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard M.E.Veda Bargath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners.

3. Ms.T.Hemalatha, learned counsel entered appearance for the 1st respondent and she has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Despite the notice having been served on the remaining respondents and also their name and address have been printed in the cause list, no one is appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 either in person or through counsel.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
