TEEKAA RAMAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8182 of 2018 IN CRL RC.315/2016 T.SARAVANAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs V.VADIVEL [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner should appear before the Trial court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders pending on the file of this Honble Court in Crl.R.C.No.315 of 2016 order dated 24.2.2016.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MARUDHACHALAMURTHY, ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2100 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.315 of 2016, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2100 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.315 of 2016 dated 24.02.2016.
4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track
Court (Magisterial level), Tiruchengode, once in three months i.e. first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
