3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Karthik, petition enquiry was conducted in C.No.77/ANR/Raye/ AC-PG/2018 and the same was closed on 11.07.2018.
