Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition petitioner/accused shall report before the Learned Special Court for CBI Cases, Chennai on the first working day of every alternative month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No. 1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No. 102 of 2013 order dated 8.2.2013 against C.C.No. 27 of 2008.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.G.SANTHOSHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.102 of 2013 dated 08.02.2013, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Public Prosecutor. 3.
From the typed set of papers furnished before this Court, it appears that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail.

Considering the conduct and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2013 in
Crl.A.No.102 of 2013 dated 08.02.2013 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
