JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the order dated 28.04.2023 passed in A.Nos.433 to 436 of 2023 in C.S.No.393 of 2012 on the file of this Court, the appellant has preferred the present Original Side Appeal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this original side appeal, with liberty to file a fresh civil suit. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
