ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.08.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 408, 420, 477A and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.18 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant who is the H.R.Manager of K.C.B. Engineering Pvt. Ltd., is that the petitioner and A3 were incharge for purchasing the goods to the company. While so, they conspired with the other accused and created a fake purchase orders and misappropriated the money and cheated the company to the tune of Rs.1.28 Crores.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this. He would further submit that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration from 30.08.2020. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would vehemently oppose stating the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
along with other accused created a fake purchase orders and cheated the defacto complainant's company to the tune of Rs.1.28 Crores.
5. Considering the grave nature of the offence and the circumstances of the offence committed, I am declined to grant bail the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
