ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14589 of 2020, dated 18.09.2020 in paragraph No.5(e) that the petitioners on their release from prison shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14589 of 2020, dated 18.09.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14589 of 2020, dated 18.09.2020, is relaxed.
