2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that against the order passed by this Court dated 11.01.2021, the Respondent has preferred SLP (C) Diary No.3349 of 2022 before the Supreme Court.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy after disposal of the SLP. No costs.
