ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to challenging the Impugned Notice dated 06.09.2021 of the respondent soliciting interest of Banks, Financial Institutions, Asset Reconstruction Companies and Non-Banking Financial Companies to participate in an e-auction of petitioner's account and quash the same as unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent to restrain from proceeding further in the matter of auction of petitioner's account with the respondent including inter alia the transfer of charge/lien/rights on the assets of petitioner. 2/4

2. The earlier counsel for the petitioner represented that already the entire case bundle and change of Vakalath were handed over to the petitioner.

3. The petitioner did not take steps to engage any counsel. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner by person or through pleader.
