Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant dealership of the retail outlet situated in S.No.457/2 of Aravakurichi Village, Karur District to the petitioner or his nominee under "Land Owners Category".

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to grant dealership of the retail outlet situated in S.No.457/2 of Aravakurichi Village, Karur District to the petitioner or his nominee under "Land Owners Category".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the writ petition has become infructuous and prayed this Court to dismiss the Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement to the following effect:

" This writ petition case will become infructuous."
