ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to admit the petitioner in their college in 3 year L.L.B. regular (Degree based) Course for the academic year 2020-2021.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she has applied for the three year L.L.B course in the Central Law College, Yercaud Road, Kannankurichi, Salem 636 008, but she has not been admitted by the second respondent college on the ground that she had been bared by age.

3. Mr.Tamilvanan, learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that all the applications received by the second respondent college were submitted to the Committee headed by Mr.Justice R.S.Ramanathan (Retired) and the Committee has rejected the petitioner's application on merits, as per the rank secured by the petitioner and that the selection process has already been over.

In view of the above submission that the petitioner is not having the required marks for admission in the second respondent college and that the selection process has also been completed, nothing survives in this writ petition.
