This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.181 of 2015, pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram and transfer the same to Family Court, Puducherry to try along with M.C.No.5 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent.

3. On consideration of the rival submissions, this Court has expressed the view that it would be appropriate to transfer the proceedings to a court convenient to both sides. Both counsel now inform that the case may be transferred to the Court of Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore. Accordingly, this court directs transfer of H.M.O.P.No.181 of 2015, pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram and M.C.No.5 of 2016, pending on the file of Family Court, Puducherry to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore.

4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
