This petition has been filed to extend the time for appearance of the petitioner for executing sureties before the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Cuddalore as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.19538 of 2022, dated 25.08.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, the petitioner shall execute the sureties on or before 07.09.2023 before the concerned Court.
