Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 7 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2012, 12.06.2012, 22.06.2012 within a time frame to repatriate the respondents 9 to 11 from Kuwait to India.
