The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2020 for UDR Patta Corrections
2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 have illegally transferred the UDR patta in their names. Hence the petitioner gave a representation before the first respondent on 31.12.2020 to rectify the said error and issue patta to the petitioner. However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2020 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time fixed by this Court. 2/4
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2020 will be considered by the respondent within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.
6. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing opportunity to the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
