3. Admittedly, the detenue is a minor as she was born on 1.4.1999 as per the Transfer Certificate issued by the SRV Girls Higher Secondary School, Rasipuram.

4. On enquiry, the detenue has stated that as her father, who is the petitioner herein, had beaten her up, she had left her house and now she has expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner/parents. The parents of the detenue had also expressed their willingness to take their daughter back to their home.

5. In such circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioner can be permitted to go along with her parents, who are present before this Court.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to go along with her parents and in such circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
