O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.,) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, namely, Gulam Thasthagir, S/o.Ibrahim Gani, aged about 18 years, praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the 4th respondent to produce the detenu, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2. Heard the learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. 3.

At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the respondents, had submitted that the detenu had been arrested in connection with Crime No.1373/2016 of P.6 Kodungaiyur Police Station on 29.09.2016 and produced before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, and thereafter, remanded to judicial custody. At present, the detenu is in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

In such circumstances, we are of the view that no further orders are necessary in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
