The above civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 21 days in preferring the writ appeal.

2. Mr.D.Muthukumar, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has no objection for condoning the delay.

In view of "No objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit in support of the civil miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
