N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ssr 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur. The final report was not taken on file and the case was closed on 26.02.2016 on the ground that it is barred under Section 468 of Cr.P.C.
