This application has been filed to implead the Tamil Nadu State Finance Commission, represented by its Principal Secretary, as further respondent. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the writ petitioner had participated in a tender and the writ petition has been filed seeking payment of the amount due and payable to the writ petitioner. However, the respondents have admitted the liability. They have sought to stagger the payment stating a financial crunch. It is for that reason, this application has been filed seeking to implead the Tamil Nadu State Finance Commission, represented by its Principal Secretary as further respondent. 3.This petition stands allowed. Registry to carry out the necessary amendment to the cause title of the writ petition reflecting the proposed respondent as fifth respondent.
