Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.351 of 2015 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, to the file of Family Court, Trichy.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

3. Considering the rival submissions, particularly, the position that even in moving the transfer petition, the petitioner/wife has done so through a legal aid counsel which is indicative of her indigent state, this Court would allow this petition. Accordingly, this Court directs transfer of H.M.O.P.No.351 of 2015 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, to the file of Family Court, Trichy.
