TEEKAA RAMAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8203 of 2018 IN CRL RC.143/2018 JAYANTHI LAKSHMI NARAYANAN [ PETITIONER / APPELLANT / ACCUSED ] Vs P.LAKSHMANA PERUMAL [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.M.P.No. 1048 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.143/2018 on 31.01.2018, permit the petitioner to appear before the Learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai once in six months. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.

DHANASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1048 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.143 of 2018, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1048 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.143 of 2018 dated 31.01.2018.

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, once in three months i.e. second working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
