ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.27242 of 2021 dated 21.12.2021, thereby directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2020 on the basis of the recommendation of the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 21.12.2021 has been complied with by order dated 07.08.2023 of the respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed.
