This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in F.I.R. No.19 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
