Respondent in W.P.No.17723 of 2009 Prayer: These Writ petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respective respondents to pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2008 to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as per the scheme of froad accident benefit on passing orders.
