The President, Panchayat Union, Thiruvallur Taluk and District, has filed the present writ petition, challenging the order issued by the Inspector of Panchayats and District Collector, Thiruvallur District / the first respondent dated 23.05.2013.

2.However, the petitioner seems to be the Panchayat President and therefore, the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished.
