O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the 3rd respondent for wilful disobedience of the common conditional order dated 17.03.2021 and 22.11.2021 passed in Cont.P.No.259 of 2021.

2.There is a subsequent development that has taken place in this case. The marriage between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent Deepan Vijay was dissolved https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ssr by virtue of the judgment passed in HMOP No.199 of 2010 dated 28.09.2022. Thereafter, the petitioner was married to one Neelesh Krishnan on 21.08.2023 and she is now living happily elsewhere.

3.There seems to be some arrears of maintenance payable to the petitioner pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court. In the light of the subsequent development, this Court is not inclined to exercise its contempt jurisdiction for recovery of the maintenance arrears.
