Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent ot issue the tender schedule documents to the petitioner in respect of the publication of tender by the first respondent in tender publication No.4/2016-2017/Va.Tho.Aa, No.2/2016-2017/Va.Tho.Aa and No.3/2016-2017/Va.Tho.Aa dated 08.07.2016, 01.07.2016 and 06.07.2016 respectively and proceed in accordance with law and the provisions of Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998.
