ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned C.S.R.No.576 of 2021 dated 27.09.2021 and petition enquiry is pending.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent to obtain bond for Rs.10,000/- from the Petitioner along with two sureties for a like sum amount to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer, if in case the Investigation Officer intends to arrest the Petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
