Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that they have to report before the respondent poice daily at 10.30am imposed by this Honble court in Crl.O.P.No. 11028 of 2018 order date on 11.04.2018 on the file of this Honble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11028 of 2018 on 11.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11028 of 2018 on 11.04.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in

Crl.O.P.No.11028 of 2018 on 11.04.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
