While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 01.08.2019, this Court directed the learned Judge, District Court, Tiruvannamalai to dispose of all the pending interim applications within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the suit in O.S.No.20 of 2017 within a period of two months, thereafter.

2. This Court has received a letter dated 12.03.2020 from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 01.08.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by four months from today to comply with the order dated 01.08.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
