These petitions have been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased, 4th appellant, (i) Indira, (ii) Deepika Rajaram Parikh, (iii) Monica and (iv) Neha as proposed appellants 6 to 9 in the above second appeal and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th appellants in the above second appeal.

2. The respondents have no objection in allowing the above petitions.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4. Post the second appeal on 05.02.2025.

06.01.2025 cda NOTE: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the above second appeal.
