ORDER
On the last hearing, this Court directed the petitioner to serve copies of papers on the learned Additional Solicitor General to ascertain as to whether the Appeal filed by the petitioner is still pending with the Appellate Authority. On the last hearing date, a representation was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Appellate Authority has not passed any final orders. But today, Mr. K. Srinivasa Murthy, learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the first respondent has placed before this Court the order dated 30.10.2022 passed by the Appellate Authority viz., the Chancellor of Bharathiyar University, rejecting the petitioner's Appeal. The order dated 30.10.2022 passed by the Appellate Authority is taken on record. Since final orders have been passed, rejecting the petitioner's Appeal, necessarily the petitioner if aggrieved by 2/5
the same will have to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.10.2022 passed by the Appellate Authority in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.10.2022 passed by the Chancellor of Bharathiyar University in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
