ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the false complaint lodged by one Monisha.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the course of investigation, it was ascertained that the petitioner is also involved in Crime No.94 of 2023 and the investigation is pending before the respondent Police.

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular F.I.R has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
