Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2019 taken action against the Board of Directors of Vellore, Wholesale Merchant Estate Limited, situated at No.32/B TPK Nagar, Katpadi, Vellore - 632 004 and consequently to appoint an independent agency to conduct the enquiry about the irregularities misfeasance, swindling of the company fund by the existing the board of directors enable to safeguard the public money.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to workout his remedy in accordance with law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
