This petition has been filed to amend the petitioner's name in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8560 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7633 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023 as A.Regunathan instead of A.Regunthan.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, one week time is extended to the petitioner from today to execute the sureties.

4. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the petition and issue fresh order copy.
