ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.08.2021 for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 429, 506(ii), 307 IPC in Cr.No.618 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.18420 of 2021 and this Court dismissed the said petition on 01.10.2021. He would further submit that there are two previous cases as against the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases as against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.18420 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 29/10/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
