[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.119 of 2018 dated 13.03.2018 by the XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the order dated 13.03.2018 has been complied with.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
