Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of termination dated 21.8.2020 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram vide his proceedings in A.No.550/2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram to reinstate the petitioner as Typist in Judicial Magistrate Court, Tirukoilur. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, J.) We heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.AL.Gandhimathi.

2. The petitioner challenges an order of termination dated 21.8.2020. The admitted position is that the petitioner was appointed on temporary basis. From the documents on record, it is clear that the petitioner was found to be not fit for the post of Typist as per the proceedings of the Principal District Judge, Villupuram dated 25.7.2017. Even as regards the impugned order, it appears that the

said order was passed on the basis of the report from the Judicial Magistrate, Tirukoilur, stating that she was lethargic and did not carry out her obligations as required.

In these circumstances, we find that the petitioner has failed to make out a case to interfere with the impugned order. As such, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
