This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15192 of 2022 dated 11.07.2022 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 06.09.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
