ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to pass order in Na.Ka.No.4363/2025/C dated 05.02.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint before the respondents 1 to 3, alleging that the respondents 4 to 6 have created a fabricated documents and forged the signatures and sold the properties to third parties by obtaining patta in their favour in respect of petitioner's property. The said complaint was taken up by the second respondent for enquiry in Na.Ka.No.4363/2025/C dated 05.02.2026 and subsequently, an enquiry was also conducted. However, till date, no final order was passed in the said enquiry. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and sought four weeks time to complete the said enquiry and pass final order.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of

the case, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.4363/2025/C, dated 05.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
