Respondents in all petitions Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned notification issued by the third respondent in Notification No.02/MRB/2021 as published in "Dinakaran" dated 28.09.2021 and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner for the post of Food Safety Officer and notify appointment of Food Safety Officer afresh in accordance with the Section 37 of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, its Rule 2011 and the procedures prescribed in the G.O. (Ms).No.347 dated 22.12.2011 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
