ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the final report in C.C.No.274 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur as the same is an abuse of process of law.

2. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. Already the dispute has been settled between the parties through mediation and mediation report has also been filed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsel submitted that already the matter has been settled between the parties subject to certain conditions.

4. Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the final report in C.C.No.274 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, is quashed interms of settlement arrived at between the parties. 2/4

5. Both the petitioners and the respondent are at liberty to work out their remedy for the terms of settlement, in the manner known to law.
