ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.Jayachandran J.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the competent authority under Section 6 of the Act. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that a statutory appeal under Section 10 of the Act has already preferred by the petitioner before the District Collector. Therefore, the petitioner cannot be permitted to indulge in forum shopping by filing this writ petition while an appeal is pending.

Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to workout their remedy in the pending appeal.
