CR.NO. 167 OF 2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30am as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 12797 of 2018 vide order dated 16.05.2018 in Crime No.167 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12797 of 2018 dated 16.05.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12797 of 2018 dated 16.05.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., every Saturday at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
